A collaboration between Hayche and NOROCK

We’ve collaborated with innovative Australian firm, NOROCK, to produce the Brody range; a series of designer tables that come with the added benefit of self-stabilising technology. Combining quality design with cutting edge, patented technology, this range is contract/commercial grade quality and can be used both indoors and outdoors. The Brody range consists of four bistro tables that utilise a hidden stabilising mechanism, all of which are ideal for commercial use. These tables tackle the most uneven of surfaces with ease, whilst aesthetically you’d be hard-pushed to find a more attractive range.

How do ‘stable tables’ work?

When it comes to stability solutions, NOROCK has a wealth of experience. With more than 25 years’ experience mastering stabilising technology, NOROCK have developed a simple yet extremely effective mechanical system that uses four pivoting legs that are interconnected in a unique way that means all four feet must bear equal loads. Place the table on an uneven surface and the mechanism kicks in. The feet will move until all four reach a state of equilibrium (or in simple terms, a state of stability).
